who am i

I'm a backend developer with a degree in Computer Science, focused on building reliable services and automating the boring parts of the stack. Most of my day-to-day lives in Node.js and NestJS, designing Backend-for-Frontend layers that sit between mobile apps and the systems of record behind them.

I care about the parts of software that don't show up in a demo: correct time zones, predictable deploys, clean observability, and pipelines that fail loudly instead of quietly. When I'm not shipping backend services, I'm usually automating a workflow with AI, or reverse engineering something just to understand how it really works.

Context

Manual ticket handling across multiple platforms caused delays and operational overhead.

Solution

Implemented an automated workflow for Avenue Code using GCP AgentSpace, where ServiceNow tickets are synchronized with Zendesk and responsible teams are notified via Gmail.

Architecture

AgentSpace orchestration · ServiceNow & Zendesk integrations · automated Gmail notifications.

Result

Reduced manual workload and improved response time through automated, consistent cross-platform communication.

what I do off the clock

Outside of production code, I like understanding systems from the inside out. I've spent time building plugins for Final Fantasy XIV on the Dalamud/XIVLauncher framework and inspecting traffic with Charles Proxy — partly to learn, partly to shave latency off a connection that has to travel from Brazil to NA servers. It's the same curiosity that makes me a better backend developer: if I don't understand how something actually works, I take it apart until I do.
